"If you need great insurance call State Farm but call Rebecca Davis' office and have her as your agent. No need to look any further. Make sure you speak with Maurice Hollins as he is the MOST patient, informative, helpful and honest representative that I have spoken to. If I could give Maurice more than 5 stars I would!!!! "My experience today with Rebecca Davis, was exceptional. I transferred to State Farm from Geico where I felt like another customer of many, today while setting up my auto and rental insurance, Rebecca personally made sure I had all of the necessary id card and assured me she would send Geico a letter advising them I cancelling my insurance. Not only is my premium cheaper, the customer service she offered felt like she cared and I wasn't just one of MANY customers. I highly recommend Rebecca Davis State Farm agency."

"Unfortunately, I had my daughter switch insurance companies. After she told me about her recent call to Rebecca Davis' office, we both agreed that they seem to not appreciate her as a client. If she, or anybody for that matter, is going to pay for insurance, they should have an agency with good customer service and not just be considered another client on a data roll to collect payments. I think Rebecca Davis' office is one of the worst insurance agencies in South Fulton when it comes to customer service. Following up after my daughter's call, I received the same unpleasant service. I have lived in South Fulton for over 50 years. This State Farm location does not represent the community or company as a whole however, Rebecca was VERY CONDESENDING, DISMISSIVE and she LACKED EMPATHY. I personally like State Farm insurance and their rates are competitive but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Maybe the other locations such as Nathaniel Ellis, Don Harris or Kevin Pierson would provide better service. Thanks and have an Amazing Day!! (One of the snarky, disingenuous expressions we received.)"

Initially I was a bit down but the concerned in her voice with my needs definitely changed my mood. She was not only able to assist me with affordable car insurance but I also was able to get rental insurance as well. I’m so grateful and I must give thanks to Mr. Hollins as well.
